Recipe below yields great results. Being the free-spirit that I am, I had to modify it a bit. I added one mashed over-ripe banana and used carob chips instead of chocolate. Also used a bit less walnut and cooked in 8' x 8' pan (x2 not x3). oh! And I couldn't find nutmeg so I used a hint of allspice. All said, the texture was perfect after 1 hour in 350 degrees. And quite enjoyable with morning coffee.
